I read it somewhere that full sleeve business casuals are mandatory to wear in class and lecture halls . Does it mean even polo t shirts or plain t shirts are banned ?

The mail which we get.. there is nothing mentioned about the registration day or orientation day.. what are the documents we need to bring on 4th and 6th, and when the hostels will be alloted.. and do we need to pay the whole 17.5 lakh this year in starting only.. and what about the uniform??
