I am not able to proceed after the Question and Answer page. It is displaying a message "Form Submission failed, Please try again". Facing this problem from a long time today. Tried contacting them but not responding. Please help.

I don't have any rank given by my college. What should I write in the rank?
How should I enter marks obtained, maximum marks, percentage for my graduation?
I got sgpa and cgpa only
I have 7 cgpa in BE. According to the eligibility criteria i.e. 6.5 cgpa or 65% I am eligible for the admission but as per our university cgpa to percentage conversion 7 cgpa= 63.5% . So i am eligible if cgpa is considered but not if percentage is considered. Am i eligible ?Should I fill the application form?
Hi. I just started the application and i am able to fill all tabs until work ex. For the question and answer tab, once i enter my answers (all of them are within the character limit) and click on save and next, i get a pop up message saying "form submission failed" (image attached). Please let me know what i should do. Facing the issue since an hour.
NOTICE
As per the eligibility criteria, GN, EWS and OBC (NCL) applicants with either 6.5 CGPA (on a scale of 10) or an aggregate of 65% in graduation are eligible to fill the form.
If according to the percentage conversion rule of your respective university, any grade above 6.5 is converted to a percentage below 65%, you are still eligible to fill the form.
This is similar for SC and ST applicants with either 5.5 CGPA (on a scale of 10) or an aggregate of 55% in graduation

What should be mentioned in the overall marks obtained, maximum marks and overall percentage under the "academic details"section of the form as I have got a CGPA from my university?
If I am adding the sum of marks obtained per semester as per the process mentioned by the AdCom then it is resulting in a four digit decimal number which is not getting accepted by the form.What should I do now?
