Can anyone from the adcom help me understand how did the batch size of PGP 2019-21 reduce from 269 in the summers last year to 245 in the finals this year? What happened to those 24 students? Why didn't the institute include them in the finals report this year?

Please help me out with the order of preference- Nagpur, udaipur, Raipur, Ranchi, Trichy. I would avoid HR (no other priorities as of now). What I have heard so far is trichy,ranchi,raipur,udaipur,nagpur but when I compare this year's fees & placement, trichy ranchi and raipur have almost the same avg package of 15 with fees 18,16 and 15 respectively. Similarly Udaipur and Nagpur have the same package with fees 18 and 14 respectively.
