With deadline of 25 jun 2020 fast approaching, I have withdrawn my admission today from K. Must admit..my hands were trembling doing so as K was my best iim convert as i am still WL in C. Withdrawing from I and S was much easier thus proves a point ...K is sixth best b-school in our country without doubt. Having done so I still don't know where I will land up ....till WL movement of C ceases. Still clinging to xlri and fms....if I don't convert C withdrawal from either fms or xlri is going to be even tougher. I hope God will be kind to me.
Is there any official whats app group for the converts?
So, I was able to convert both IIM I and IIM K. And decided to go with K. Though the result of I came weeks after K, still they have asked for all the documents on their portal ,created an official ..... group, they have assigned mentors to coming freshers, mailed a freshman newsletter to all the freshers and also organised an alumini fresher meet, and are also helping new students to get details regarding education loan. In short they have covered almost all the sections for the upcoming batch.
But there is no update for Kohzikode from last one month, they haven't even mailed the official offerletter, no official ....... group, no interaction with seniors.
Why there is such delay in K? or it's just the culture of K that seniors don't interact much with juniors? or are they waiting for the final list to come out before taking any actions?

Hi everyone, do we get any response email after withdrawing from IIM K?Should i send withdrawal mail again if I did not receive response?
I have sent withdrawal form mail to IIM K yesterday and have not received any mail in return from them like noted or something like that. I am worried if this is normal or would I lose the refund. Adcom, please confirm this.

An open letter to an anonymous troll: We have come across a handful of batchmates who have an issue with 10-15 of us being too active, conducting games like Ludo and Scribbl, talking in Hindi and indulging in innuendo. The intention was always to be inclusive, and to spice things up with fun activities and interactive sessions. Some of these active people have been getting hate from a few anonymous trolls who are too scared to say stuff out in the open. It has crossed the limit today with one such coward calling some of us toxic on pagalguy. This is an open and accepting group, where we welcome voluntary participation and encourage people to show their talents. We have always tried to push people up and have never pulled anyone down. We also conducted a zoom meet up which was very successful and we made sure we give the people who are not that active, a chance to speak and interact. And the group is richer today because of that. Those who have a problem with such a platform are free to make their own group. We will not interfere in that group. Those who don't have a problem are welcome to stay. We hope that with due course of time these 15-20 active people (which started out as 5-6) become 50-60 and we can build a community which is a safe space for every student to interact and unite.
