The guys who make it to IIMK will obviously learn a lot from the profs and the institute. However, it will be great if those who finally make it teach the following to IIMK Admin:
1) Treat your students as well as applicants as customers
2) Don't keep the customers guessing ... make your processes transparent
3) Define a TAT for every business process within IIMK. Monitor, Measure and Manage TAT to manage the process effectively
4) Timely Communication is the key to keeping customers loyal and happy - be proactive, let your customers know of delays. Give them pleasant surprises, not rude shocks
Please share your insights and opinions on Lucknow vs Kohzikode.. although IIM L is up and above in the rankings but after going through some negative student feedback regarding placements, administration, exams and education, etc. Some students are having doubts regarding their choice... Need honest opinions :)
