which undertaking and where do we need to upload it?
The undertaking form is available under Download Document Format and you need to upload that under “Document Upload Section in the CAP Form”.

Yes, you can include it in extracurricular or cocurricular section,

If it was a mandated one add it in co-curricular, otherwise it will go under extra curricular.

Can Digilocker obtained marksheets be uploaded for class Xth and XIIth ?
If those mark-sheets have proper seal/hologram and identification numbers of your respective boards, it can be uploaded.
I have cleared JSTSE exam which is conducted by delhi government. Should I include it in extra curricular as it had a scholarship of 2000 rupees?
