Given my prior work experience, I see the MBA not merely as a means to change jobs but as a way to accelerate my career in a more structured manner. In the short term, after completing the programme, I hope to move into roles that involve greater analytical thinking and decision-making responsibilities, rather than roles that are primarily execution-focused. The MBA at IFMR is helping me strengthen my understanding of finance, strategy, and data-driven decision making, which I believe will enable me to transition into more strategic and managerial positions.
