The winners of the essay writing contest held for the batch of MBA and PGDM 2016-18 at IEM Management House. About 200 students participated in the contest and the top five were awarded with books. 3rd IEM Convention, 2018 which has been organised at the Sasin Business School in Bangkok, Thailand on 21st and 22nd March 2018.
Foreign Visiting Professor programme - Prof. Florin Popentiu Vladicescu, University of Oradea,Romania visited on 20th March at IEM Campus for Guest Lectures.
IEM team won the Entrepreneurship Cell of the year award 2018 from Wadhwani Foundation National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) in New Delhi.
IEM international academic program organize to acquaint students in the international academic and corporate culture. In order to enhance cooperation and achievement, the Institute has been continuously trying to explore the possibilities of enhancement of future collaborations in the areas of certification program, seminars, workshop, internship, industry visit, research and other possible areas. This year the Department of Management had organized 3rd International Convention at the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. Around 25 number of students participated in this convention. The theme of the convention was Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Marketspace. A number of students presented paper in the convention.
A SPECIAL WORKSHOP ON “DIGITAL MARKETING” WAS ORGANISED FOR THE MANAGEMENT STUDENTS. THE WORKSHOP WAS TAKEN BY EMINENT PROFESSOR IAN FENWICK AND IT TOOK PLACE AT THE SASIN INTERNATIONAL GUEST HOUSE.

Department of Master of Business Administration (MBA) of Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM), Saltlake, Kolkata, had the pleasure of hosting the 12th National Management Day celebrations of All India Management Association (AIMA) in association with its sister organization Calcutta Management Association (CMA) and The Telegraph . The theme of the celebration was “Leadership in the Age of Disruption”.
Dr. Satyajit Chakraborty, Director, IEM Group delivered the Host remarks and dwelt on the importance of Management in every spheres of life.

The session ended with an enlightened valedictory address by Professor P K Mishra of IEM College of Management.
