I want to ask that my rank is 1430, I am opting for 3 programs like (1st preference for PGDM Finance, 2nd preference for PGDM IT, 3rd preference for PGDM HR), and lets say at the time of counselling they say seats are vacant for Finance & IT and I choose IT. then can I have a wait list in HR? and if waitlist gets converted later on then will I be able to switch to HR?
