It gives me immense pleasure to introduce the Official Admission query for Great Lakes Chennai's 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program.The Post Graduate Diploma in Management is the first foray of Great Lakes Institute of Management into the two-year Management Education space. According to Great Lakes, the program has a clear focus on Emerging Economies and their growth.

The PGDM is an AICTE approved program and has been streamlined with inputs from the Institutes illustrious Business Advisory Council, to keep it in sync with the needs of an ever changing market place.

On the academic front, your profile looks decent, though a higher entrance score would give you better chances.

What could be the likely cut off for CAT and XAT...

X-80
XII-85
BTech-72
will have 23 months of workex by march.:banghead:
i know i hv 1month less for 2yrs of workex but still out of curiosity i want to know whether they will consider my profile for PGPM?

At Great Lakes, we look at a holistic profile of a candidate thus there is no explicit cut off for tests.

I shall be completing my 2yrs in an IT Major in the month of February 2012. Am I eligible to apply for one year PGPM or should I go for 2 yr PGDM Course ?

From this year onwards we are accepting CMAT scores for the PGDM programs 😃

This query was for 2 year PGDM program .. Well first of all am I eligible for it ?
I have one more query.

For the Great Lakes programs, anyone having more than 24 months of experience is not eligible for PGDM but is sure eligible for PGPM.

Great Lakes just concluded their annual fest LAttitude 1305'. The whole fest brought together some of the best minds in the country for various events in all domains. We had marketing majors, finance specialists and operations gurus fight it out in various competitions.
Not to leave behind the socio cultural nights, we had an awesome performance by our very own students and the rock band MotherJane.
