not everyone received the waitlist email to pay 25k?
The 3rd point with the payment link, read after âclicking hereâ
So, has everyone received the mail telling them they are in the waitlist and that they have a reasonably good chance of getting shortlisted?
Or are there people who have received a mail telling them that they were not shortlisted, even to the waitlist.

Iâm confused too. Someone received offer for HCM and in the same mail it said that they have been placed in waitlist for PGDM without any reasonably good chance wording

Weird how everyone has a âreasonably good chance of securing admissionâ. Got the same mail. Is paying 25k for waitlist number worth it?

I guess it depends on the offers u have in-hand. Plus the 25k is refundable (-1k if u get the admission but deicide not to join)

Is there anyone here who has experience with being wait listed at GIM? How fast does the list move and things like whatâs a safe wait list number?

I talked to a senior sometime back, The waitlist moves quite fast as students have other B-school calls, plus a couple of IIMs and CAP have also increased their batch seats.

Its a template response. Even people at 1000+ WL would have âreasonably good chancesâ. Lol.

Same. And I agree that how can one predict a good chance for everyone.
But my parents have decided to make the 25 k payment. Till the time we know the wait list number, the probability would not be known at all.

@AdarshAK greetings sir, also if u could please tell us around how many students have been waitlisted this year ? Reason for such question being i also have some other colleges which requires me to pay fee well before 11th (expected gim waitlist date) and it would be quite a unnecessary financial loss to simultaneously pay and ask for refund from other colleges as they will deduct quite a part of the fees paid so itâll be really helpfull if you could inform about the batch size and waitlist size ? Even approximate would be helpfull.

If I pay the 1b installment of 4,85,000, when is the last date I can apply for refund and how much will I get refunded? I got spot admission for bifs.
