FORE School of management had the privilege to host a distinguished panel of speakers for a session on “Sensitisation Programme on Ageing with Dignity” organized by Center for Sustainable Development
The panel comprised of Dr. Aabha Chaudhary, Chairperson at Anugraha NGO; Dr.BBL Madhukar, Chairman, FORE School of Management New Delhi; Prof. Shallini Taneja, Associate Professor and Head – CSD FORE School of Management New Delhi and Prof. DS Sengar, Vice Chancellor, Udaipur University, Professor, IIM Lucknow.
The session revolved around how Inter-generational Bonding plays a role in the protection and providing social support to the elderly. The students also discovered how social initiatives like Anugraha contribute to the society. The speakers emphasized on the importance of compassion and respect in the society towards the elderly so they can age with grace.
FORE School of Mananagement , New Delhi was delighted to host Mr. Pankaj Dhawan, Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer, PVR Ltd. as a part of Arthashastra 3.0 hosted by Team FORE Economy and Finance Forum.
Mr. Dhawan talked about ‘Corporate Restructuring’ and the regulations involving it.
He described the process and documents required for amalgamation of a company. The students learnt about the implications on the merging companies and also about the National Company Law Tribunal.
He also encouraged the students to engage in discussions and to get their doubts cleared.

FORE School of Management, New Delhi was honoured to host some of our prestigious alumni Mr. Jai Kapoor (AVP - Head of Research & Analytics, State Street),Mr. Anubhav Gupta (Asia Pacific Marketing Leader, IBM India), Ms. Rashi Bhatla Chatrath (Director HR in one of the fortune 500 companies),Mr. Anuj Vadehra (Director, KPMG India), Mr. Arindam Mukherjee (Director - Azure Business, Microsoft India), as a part of Panchtatva 2020 conducted by FAN(FORE Alumni Network).
During the session, Mr. Kapoor gave insights about changing scenario of business world specially finance sector, importance of ethics, compliance, risk management and data analytics.
Mr. Gupta gave insights on how businesses have been resilient and agile and how current scenario has changed the way of interacting and working with customers, digital experiences and digital interactions.
MS. Chatrath highlighted the importance of customer as well as employee experience, the evolution of roles in any organisation with advent of technology and its implications in HR field specifically.
Mr. Vadhera shared insights on importance of strategy and skills student need to develop successful career in this area.
Mr. Mukherjee highlighted the innovations happening in IT sector and the skills required to succeed in the field
