The session started with Ms. Sanchita Mukherjee explaining the transition from student life to corporate life which is covered under three junctures namely Discovery, Exploration, and Actualisation.
The second esteemed speaker Ms. Arundhati Kumar engaged with the students and explained how a continuous shift and constant up-gradation is required to be successful.
Then, Mr. Ramesh Somani motivated the students and encouraged them by sharing his experience and advising students not to be afraid of failure and to keep learning from it.
At last, queries from the students were addressed.

The theme of the session was ‘Evolutions in the Global Business’ with the main talking points as Globalization at the Crossroads, Managing Inter-Organizational Relations Internationally and the Effects of Geopolitics on Business Decisions.

Another FOREian Bharat Gupta shares his experiences, learnings & memories from the admissions 2020 as FORE School of Management looks forward to welcome the new batch & become a part of the FORE family.
Bharat Gupta felt that the entire process was quite exhilarating. FORE was an easy choice for him because of the college's location in the heart of South Delhi, surrounded by all the business hubs and well renowned faculty.

Every year, Pollution Control Day is observed on December 2nd, ever since the disastrous accident of Bhopal Gas Tragedy happened in 1984 .
THEME : This year's theme is based on the goal of raising awareness towards the cause of pollution and the ways by which pollution could be decreased in the environment.
FORE School of Management was delighted to host Mr. Prabhat Agarwal, the Global Finance Director at OLX Group; Mr. Salil Garg, the Director at India Ratings & Research; Mr. Sudhir Goenka, the CFO and CS at Hero Homes and Mr. Rohit Kapur, the Senior Vice President & Zonal Head, North & East, at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd as a part of Infinity '20 - the Fin-IB Conclave conducted by Team Corporate Interaction Division.
During the session the speakers discussed about the evolving nature of Finance in India. They focused on various topics like Future of Fintech in the Era of Digitalization by citing examples of people like Elon Musk, the Emergence of Alternative Investment Funds and Private Wealth Management and Growth in the Financial Services Sector.
Later in the session, they highlighted the approach followed by HDFC bank and Kotak Bank. They also stated the growing importance of data analytics in finance sector.

FORE School of Management was honored to host Mr. Sanjay Baxla, former Senior Vice President and Head HR, DLF Group as a part of vicHaR, hosted by Team SIG HR.
During the session, Mr. Baxla gave insights from his professional journey. He explained about various aspects like what expectations new joinees have from organisations and vice versa.
Mr. Baxla also emphasized on the importance of continuous learning attitude, open-mindedness and flexibility and people managment.
Later he answered queries from the students.
I work at BNY Mellon currently but I am on the payroll of Randstad .i.e. my salary slips and offer letter have Randstad metioned on them. My offer letter does have BNY Mellon mentioned as my Client Name. My Query is What do I put in as my employer name. If I have put BNY Mellon will it raise any problems?
FORE School of Management had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Ujjwal Kumar, a TedX speaker, Musician, and UX Coach, under the Tunes and Tales session conducted by team FOREword.
Mr. Kumar entertained the students with his enchanting music and shared delightful anecdotes of his musical journey. His endeavor to conquer obstacles in life and attain a perfect balance between professional life and music highly inspired the students.
FORE School of Management, New Delhi was honored to host Mr. Mandeep Arora, Director at HDFC Bank as a part of FINIESTA, hosted by FORE SIG IP.
During the session, Mr. Arora gave insights on behavioural finance and various biases like recency, anchoring, mental accounting , overconfidence bias etc. He then talked about the latest trends in the market and the risk of the market.
He interacted with students by playing an insightful game on Prediction-Addiction and addressing a few queries at the end.
