Hi guys. I've been waitlisted at 159 in OBC category. From what I heard, the moving was until 202 last year. My question is, is this 202 including the 1st converted people from the 1st list? Hence the movement last year was 202-69 = 133. Does this mean it would have to move to above 228+ for me to convert. Does this make sense? Can I make it?
