Can anyone tell me PWD (Person with disability) cutoff percentile? How much percentile is safe to get both call and conversion? I have hearing impairment

Will a Masters matter while shortlisting? To add a different blend to my regular GEM profile, I did my masters in Liberal Arts (84%) but I am not very sure if it matters for shorlisting at FMS. 

Would love to know my chances, even borderline, for a FMS Call/Convert?
