DoMS, IIT Roorkee had the pleasure to virtually host Mr. Anup Shukla, Associate Vice President Digital Solutions at STARTEK, who spoke to our young and eager minds about the impact of technology in transforming business and customer experience post covid.
Mr. Anup Shukla delivered an insightful session, shedding light upon the transformation of enterprises in this post covid world, wherein CIOs are taking centre stage while focussing on speed and reprioritization on spending with a preference for strategic and stable partners. He talked about the skills of problem-solving and having a balance between customer experience and operational efficiency. In the emerging hybrid workplace, he spoke on the impact of automation and AI, and also touched upon the different types of digital solutions and its capabilities.
The Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee would like to thank Mr. Anup Shukla for giving us time from his tight schedule, enlightening us with the efficacy of automation, AI and ML in various sectors, and talking with the impressionable young managers of the future.
