Yes, for both XAT and CMAT Scores to be considered, you need to pay twice.
But you need to pay once only if you want your both CMAT Scores to be considered.

Yes, GIM will be accepting both the CMAT Scores.. !!
Cannot say on the good score.
Last time, the cut off was 198 marks. This time, it could increase. 230+ should be somewhat decent.

Hey, that will depend on profile of pool of applicants. Your profile along with work-ex looks okay. But it's all relative.
See, for PGDM Courses , I don't think there is quota for Maharashtra. It is only for MMS Courses.

DTE has a centralised process of GD/PI. So register for that. You could colleges after Top 5/6..
