As i have said earlier,your AIR should be less than 2000 for targetting any good college...

Placement is common for MMS and PGDM.....
But the stream you choose is crucial ,,,
eg.PGDM-Finance and MMS-Finance would appear for same company while PGDM-Retail coudn't ....

You could have chances for PGDM Courses of KJ& Wellingkar.
You could have some chances for GIM, Goa.

Well this thing depends upon your interests & aspirations.Removing the Money-Factor, all are different in themselves.One of my friends(females) is PO in IDBI bank as well as one in Teaching profession.Both like their profession.But yes, now a days ,after the introduction of core-banking,there is lot of work-pressure in banks whereas teaching a bit less pressured.Also one of the options(quite popular among girls) you can think of opting is to do MBA then work as a faculty in MBA colleges which I might think could be more paying!
@aninditaauddy u shud apply for welingkar pgdm. through cmat u cnt apply for kj pgdm core and ib.. u can apply only retail, fs and imc. so go for them only if u hav a particular interest. the placement at welingkar like a any other bschool is not 100%. but most of the people get placed and many companies arrive on campus. so it totally depends on how u present urself.
i scored 148 in CMAT ... with rank 12330 which colg can i opt for ... please help. my general awareness sucks
