1. Because of the B-Tech score some of it might be difficult but I don't think ANYTHING is out of the window. If you get a really high score, anything is possible. You have most things right, if not all.
2. If you have already joined CL, stick with it. IMS / CL / TIME have a good student base and can give quite accurate prediction of national ranking and percentile. I think one test series is more than enough. I am not very sure but a test series student of CL will get 10 proctored + 30 unproctored tests, which is around 40 tests. You don't need more than that. As a matter of fact, you don't even need that much. Definitely give the 10 proctored tests and some of the unproctored ones.
3. Quitting would be a very bad option. In my opinion, you don't need more than 2 hours a day on weekdays and may be couple of hours on the weekends. That much should be enough to see you through.

Am going through same prob of getting exhausted after back home. Sir Is 2 hrs a day really sufficient ? And can u please advice some good book for grammar and SC. thanks.

I have used Arun sharma in Quant only no idea about the Verbal , people those have used say its a nice book . For verbal i have followed Wren & Martin(for Grammar), GMAT Manhattan Sentence Correction book, For Vocab- Barrons Word List & a book by Norman Lewis & Wilfred Funk & for rest coaching material is enough & past year papers 😃

Myself Deepak Eshwar, a CAT'13 aspirant from Chennai. I am the student of TIME Adayar. I am pretty good at verbal, but I am not confident enough in my Quants section.
I have a doubt whether to go for Arun Sharma or Sarvesh K Verma's book for studying quants. I can grasp quickly but all I need is speed to solve the quants section. Please suggest me the best among the two books which would suit my purpose.
Also suggest me a good method to prepare quants so that I will be confident by August, so that I can take my mock CATs.

@Deepu07 If you're really very weak, then pick up R.S Aggarwal. If you're more than average, pick up Arun Sharma and your coaching material. Arun Sharma gets really tough at level 3. So, I'd suggest that you diligently practice from your coaching study material. Start from the lowest level and gradually reach the highest level. Then go to Arun Sharma. This will be a much needed confidence booster for you. All the best :)
@Bibhu2109 Thanks for the advice. I have actually worked out RS Aggarwal, but its pretty basic and it doesn't teach much of the shortcuts or others. Anyways I will start with Arun Sharma + my materials from TIME. Thanks for the words and wishes :)
Puys,where can i find cutoffs for this year of all IIMs (composite score)??? need to see if i have any chance or not..and in which ones....my Xth-85.6 XIIth-74.2 Btech-67.4 work ex- 1-2 years (assumed for next year) This year's cat score-93.9%ile kindly suggest if i have any chance in any of the new IIMs...I am targeting abv 97%ile for 2013
