2) Diploma in mechanical engineering from guru nanak dev polytechnic with 63%(Government institution)(BTE: board of technical education)
3) B.tech in power engineering from national power training institute with 71%(Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha university)

The last date for submission of Application Form for FMS-BHU is 31st December. There will be no extension in the dates what so ever. Faculty of Management Studies being a part of the central university is strict on this case.
CAT called cut-off PERCENTILES for GD/PI 2013-15 : GEN 84.59 ; OBC 60.81 : SC 42.14 ; ST 14.98 ; PD 33.24.... ALL THE BEST 😃

I am an Economics Hons grad form DU (2009 pass out) with 4+ years of work ex in MIS reporting, primary and secondary research. I am planning to give 2014 CAT. I will complete 5 yrs of work ex in Jul'14. There are currently two option on my mind;
1) MBA in Business Analytics
2) MBA finance
With this much work ex and my background, can anyone plz suggest good institutes and their programmes that I can aim at.

I have appeared for CAT 2013.Now my query is I want to move from technical position. And options for me can be MBA in any field but I would rather prefer Consulting or Operations profile. I guess marketing / finance may be a bit difficult to get in now?Please share / suggest should I go for 1 yr Exe MBA or 2 yr full time MBA and for which colleges keeping in mind my experience and ROI.

last year, just for experience, i had attended cmat n cat but hadn't applied to any colleg , still i received calls from many colleges.
this year am expecting above 85 %ile in cat .. i want to know, if we get above the cut off, will the institutions call us by their own or do we have to apply to each institution before the deadline to receive their call? i dnt have any friends in this field. so plz help me

Grad : 65%
Cat expectation : 90-92%ile

UG-Btech(IT)-68%, CGPA= (7.55/10) upto 3rd year from state govt. college, merit certificates in school level maths competition, degree in indian classical music.
expexted cat 2013 percentile 98-99%ile. Do I have any chances in any iim??
I din know that my college had a cgpa conversion factor..atleast they din't when I passed out. Now I come to know..that they have a certain factor. Since I wasn't aware of this, I directly multiplied my CGPA by 10.. and entered the same in all applications. Would I face any issues on acccount of this..it was an honest mistake. and I think this factor was non existent when I passed out in 2011.
