Official Update:
The cutoff for the general students for last year's CMAT was 229/400 and for XAT, it was 77.04 percentile. GIM had considered sectional scores for CMAT last year, the details of which will be uploaded on the GIM website in the AICTE mandatory disclosure document as soon as the admissions form filling starts.
GIM is reintroducing CAT after a gap of 11 years(the institute accepted CAT scores till 2002) and will be considering CAT scores in addition to CMAT(September as of now) and XAT.
Unlike last year, the institute has revamped its admissions portal and so students will need to fill only one form for any number of exams they want to be considered for the admissions process. The admissions form price may/may not be revised but will be restricted to the 1000-1500 range.
As the admissions committee, we will keep you posted on the release on the admissions form. Feel free to ask any queries
