@Mukund_Dev In my opinion Colleges generally you cant expect are IIM A, B, C. FMS.IIT Mum, IIT Delhi.

Iam getting almost all answers wrong despite reading and understanding the passage.... I just can't figure our where the hell Iam going wrong....some guys told me CAT RC is easy.....GHANTAA!!

@RIKSHAWALA When i was at your stage, how i tackled RC was by attempting all the questions. Because in RC you have to compensate your wrongs with the rights. And it did work for me. Attempting less didnt help.
And man it is all practice. Keep reading. And it is not that always its the non-obvious that has to be the correct answer. Try joining 2 test series(which i did) just to get more practice on Verbal Ability and see if it helps.

I am preparing for CAT2014 , just have some queries..
1. I have done my BBA as a distance learning because i had to dropped out of my B Tech(3rd yr) because of ATKT'S .
so do it deter my chances of getting into a good B school .
2. is CL good for cat coaching? i would start preparing from oct 2013.
3. Right now working with Larsen & Toubro as a sales officer , i m a sales professional , total work ex 4 yrs ,but simultaneously i was doing my BBA , so do this work ex counts for executive MBA or should i target for MBA marketing.
4. i would be 27 next year when i would be sitting for CAT 2014 , so whts the avg age for mba at good b schools , wont like to feel like a uncle while pursuing mba.
5. last one could somebody pls explain what is CAT to my dadu,,,,,kiddin...

guys the MDI admission guidelines state the following:
"The percentage should be computed after taking into account all subjects/papers (5 subjects in 10th including one Language subject and English language and 5 subjects in 12th including Language subject) that you appeared for in the examination even if some of these subjects/papers are not considered by the Board/ University/ Institute for computing the final percentage of marks and awarding class/distinction."now my doubt is that on 1 hand they are saying that we have to include marks of all papers given by us but in the bracket its written that 5 subjects. What should a person do if he/she had taken sanskrit in 10th std but had also given hindi exam i.e. 6 papers in totality??? should hindi marks be included or not??

@rht_sng The profiles that people usually get after doing MBA are from Marketing. And you could say its evergreen. But of late companies are starting to realize that their people/employees are their most important assets and they need to be managed better, And that is where MBA in HR comes into picture.
But at the end of the day it is your interest that will drive you towards a particular stream.
