Hello Friends, I have one Doubt Hope it will be cleared in this Forum. Last time the CAT 2012 was lasting for 14-16 days(tentatively). I need to know one thing. whether All the Students have gone through the same set of Questions an all days? If Yes, then Is it not possible for someone or some institution to set a group for the first few days so that those students appear in the examination see the questions and help the aspiring students.
Is there any thread which discusses the questions of TIME or that of any materials ?
How much percentile i have to score to get a decent MBA college for ex Nitie,IITs new IIMs...i am not considering old IIMs because my acads performance is not up the mark to satisfy old IIMs needs😟

I took the CAT 2012 exam and scored 93.01 percentile.
Even though I got a 97.98 in VA but I only managed 74.15 in QA&DI.;
I wanted suggestions if I should join a regular weekend coaching class this year or will only joining the test series will be sufficient? Will the classroom program have any huge impact which cant be had by self-study/ will it be any beneficial so as to increase my marks drastically? I have been focusing majorly on quant this year. I hadnt joined any classes last year also. Neither classroom, neither test series, just self-study.
What are the pros of joining a classroom program?
Also I plan to join the classes by june end, so is it advisable considering so less time is left for CAT 2013? Any help will be deeply appreciated.

I have zeroed in on CL or TIME. I want sectional tests also and couldnt find any mention of the same on the CL website.

This is probably a very common question but still this has been bothering me for the past few days.
My CAT preparation level is between low and moderate as of now. I haven't appeared for any mock tests so as to quantify my results. Still I am ready to devote 1-2 hrs a day on preparations from now on.
My question is whether to really go after it or wait for another year to give it a crack.
Also even if somehow I am able to get a good Percentile score, what are my chances of making the cut?
My scores are :
10th standard :91%
12th standard :86%
B.E (till 6th semester): CGPA 7.6/10

Ive been wondering for a while. BTW,My profile-75% in Class X ICSE,76% in Class XII CBSE and a 56% in Graduation BBA (Honours).My graduation marks sucks,although I got 65% in Part III,the overall percentage isn't decent enough.Ive a total of 3 years of Work ex-1st year in BPO and then in a Big Brand as an Analyst.I don't really know how much value has been added to my profile in these few years.Oh! I did my CS Inter in the meantime.Finals,Im just not getting enough time with CAT Preps,my Quant is weak,though not exactly pathetic but my VA is good enough,I just need to work a little more on the LR.I m pretty sure that I won't ever get a call from the IIMs,because they look at speckless profiles and choose the best of the lot. Im nowhere near that.So I was hoping to make it to the next few,If I manage to get a decent score.But I really wish to know,does it make sense to go for a 2 year MBA from B schools which do not come in the top 20 rankings?

I'm in deep shit, freaking out, loosing my mind...I gave CAT 2012 and scored just 78.56%ile...got calls from all IIMs except ABCL...but cudn't convert a single call...my profile is:
10th = 85.2%
12th = 88.8%
grad = 68 % (2012 pass out) ( B.Sc Chemistry(hons.) from St. Stephen's College, Delhi)
work ex = nil
I'm really confused now...I have no job...shud I prepare for CAT 2013 or go for a job?...PLZ HELP!!!
