just to honour ur queries pretty simple n straightforward replies :
QADILR - sheer practice.
VA - sheer reading.
If you can just forget everythng else and do the above 2, incessantly, scores are bound to improve. It may take time, you may get frustrated, but then the first condition itself says to forget everythng else and just keep on practicing, keep on reading.

to isliye u were getting 3 as the answer for the first question, where as the correct answer is only 1.
