10, 12 , B.Tech - 92.50, 90.30, 80.44(Ap state board). 22 months work ex(dec 2018). 15 in IT. 7 in public sector banking as PO. Average extra curriculars. Oa - 121.7 - 95.12% ile. Sectionals 97.2, 86.86, 88.38 . GEM. Chances of call? And realistic coversion chance if call comes.

Hi Q1) Cat Oa-95. 6 % All sectionals above 92 10/12 /grad-95 /94 /84 GEM Work experience is 24 months Chances of call? Q2) Also does CAP iims call everyone who clear the cutoffs? And is it true that calls for CAP iims is either everyone calls or nobody calls?
