1. My band has won a few rock band competitions held at various jaipur colleges' fests and participated in others, what should I select/write under proficiency,level and certification?
2. I also have participated in various music events held in my college individually and as a part of the college band. I don't have certificates for that but I do have snaps and videos to corroborate. Would they suffice?
3. Where exactly can I put the internships done during the summer?
4. Where can I put academic achievements like IIT-JEE AIR, in courses related to banking,finance and economics studied in the college(which may be relevant :P)

hello, i have filled the form and paid the amount.... in the payment tab after clicking on submit form it is taking me to a new page for confirmation... but when i am clicking the 'confirm' tab nothing is happening. Please suggest me what to do... whether my form has been submitted ??

If yes --> Where to highlight ?? in Work Experience section or Versatility section ..
1. I am pursuing a certification course in macroeconomics from L&T; ATL (have developed love for macroeconomics). But the course will complete by end December. can i mention the same in any other important certification??
2. I was the captain of the 24 member team selected for design and fabrication of an ATV (All terrain vehicle) for an international event. What proof shall i arrange for being team leader?? Will Letter from faculty advisor/ department head or Pass book of team bank account serve the purpose??
I am a general candidate ..! my x and xii scores are 86 and 84 percent respectively.. grads marks is a bit on the lower side 74.3.. my cat went not satisfactory but I am hoping 11 correct in quants and 16 correct in verbal and lr section..! should i apply for s.p.jain..! And i am a fresher..!
@The.Red.Devil I am good in computer softwares of editing pictures & likewise such as Photoshop & Coreldraw. Also I have a good typing speed. But I dont have certificates. Should these be mentioned in Proficiency ? And what about reading books and topping college/school etc. ???

I am an engineer and have 1 yr work experience in IT. I have also passed Diploma in Banking and Finance Examination conducted by IIFT in 1st division. Shall I put this in Professional qualification section?
@The.Red.Devil @DeeBee1 :Hi i have 19 months of IT experience with projects entirely in Utilities section. But i believe that there will be no particular value addition if i do an MBA in Information management. What is your opinion on this?? I am interested in finance but do not have any supporting documents to back my interest.Also do not want to base my decision entirely on the basis of my 19 months of experience.Kindly guide me on this.
1)what exactly do you write in the personal responsibility section @The.Red.Devil ? as in can you give me examples?
2)also ,what do you have to write in family adversity..is it like some adversity that the entire family faced or what ?can you please again give examples?would help a lot !
3)also if i leave 1 of the open ended questions does it reflect poorly..as in I don't think I have any such family adversity,(but let me see what example you give) so can i just leave it blank(will this have a negative impression??)

Hi @The.Red.Devil @DeeBee1 . Under the versatility section, can 1) participating and winning in quiz and case study competitions be included? (I do have the necessary certificates.)
2) Also, I am part of the CSR team of my company and have contributed in organizing events in association with NGO's. What should i do to validate this? Can a confirmation mail from the company's HR suffice? Thanks!!
@DeeBee1 @The.Red.Devil Hi. In my college, year 1 has combined first and second semester exams, while the remaining years have individual semesters(3,4,5,6,7,8). How do I fill the aggregate marks ? As of now I have selected 'semester' and filled semester 3,4,5,6,7 and 8 for year 2,3,4. For year 1 , I have written in semester 2, leaving semester 1 blank. Is that ok? Thanks in advance for the help :)
Events like participation as a volunteer in Common Wealth Games 2010 and as a participant in Republic Day Parade will be considered for extra curricular activities i.e. in the versatility section? If yes, what should be the interest rating mentioned for these?
Is it necessary to fill all the adversity and responsibilities shouldered?? I have filled 3 of them but cant thk anythg substantial about the last one.... Please let me know asap

I am a mechanical engineer applying for operations.
1. I have written a paper in lean six sigma during my 3rd year and also won a paper chase event during my college tech fest. If required my professor can give a attestation that I have done the complete research my self. can i write this as my certificate course. or not where shoud i mention
2. where should i mention my 4th year project work.
@The.Red.Devil @DeeBee1 I have many medals (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in school and college level athletic events, I am mentioning all the different type of sports in one section( in SCHOOL LEVEL) except Basket ball where I have a district level participation. is it fine.
