Name of the activity in versatality section:- should it be name of the event or the broad name of the activity eg. Presentation, debate etc ??

I had joined the organisation where I am currently working on July 9, 2012.
So as on Dec 31, 2013, should I take the number of months to be 18 or 17 (17 is the number of completed months).

i have a few specific queries related to the versatility section.
1. For sports(volleyball), if i won an inter hostel tournament @ college, so i can put award as rank1 rite ?
2. i have put level as school in sports but i read in some message that if it is inter college (Inter-IIT sports meet) i can put it as national. So, i should select level as national or school ?
3. I can categorize a position of responsibility (like publication secretary of department) &
a Research Paper Publication under versatility, both are acceptable ?
responsibilities at college level (related to sports, publication secy) should come under personal responsibility, rite ?
The form is only online or do we have to post some thing also..??
I am currently playing in 3rd Divisional level in Karnataka Cricket Association, But don't have certificate for that... Can i put it in versatility column or not... kindly suggest

1. the State Govn. Science Council awarded me a scholarship and certificate for scoring 100% in Mathematics in board examination. Should this be mentioned in Versatality section?
if yes then what would be level in this case: school, state or national
2. can we add multiple entries in single category of Responsibilities shouldered(personal)... like captain of school cricket team, college event management and helping in father's business all in same column.

My job profile has been changed...in the same company. First i was in engineering and now i am in production.
So the responsiblities r different. So shud i write it as two diff jobs or shud i write it in one job itself?

As I have just finished my third year so have CGPA for only 6 semesters.......Do we have to write NA or somethng related in further semester marks or leave it blank.......plsss reply!!!
@red-devil @DeeBee1 I had non semester pattern for the 2st year in my grad (one full year) and from second year it was semester wise ( 2 semesters per year) but I heard we will be able to fill any one of the types. How to accommodate both?
Sp jain has profile based and score based calls... the profile based shortlist is declared before cat results.......... can anyone put some more light abt dis...?? pertaining to this shortlist.... eager to know
Do we have to score 85 percentile in both CAT and XAT or any one will be enough...........also I have given both CAT and XAT and as such have to update marks for both in future?????
