@IIMRanchi Has everyone been sent mails? What about those who are waitlisted or rejected? Any news on how that info is being passed?

@IIMRanchi : Have the candidates who applied and got selected for PDGHRM not been considered for PGDM at all? I haven't heard from anyone who has converted both among my peers and these including me are people who have converted all other IIMs. Please let us know how it worked last year

I have accepted the offer for PGDM by just replying to the same mail id from which I got the offer mail. I hope that should suffice.. or is there another mail id to which I need to send the acceptance mail?

@IIMRanchi We have been called for registration on 12 June but the classes begin on 30th June(as per the academic calendar)..Will we get hostel accomodation beginning from 12 June or we are expected to go back home and come again when classes begin?

Hi guys,

I am in a serious confusion. I have got converts from Udaipur, Raipur, Ranchi and Kashipur. I am a fresher who completed B.E Mech just now and I have a standing job offer from General Motors. The doubts which I have are:

1. What are the prospects of placements for freshers like me.

2. A lot of people tel me that having work experience is better before getting to do an MBA.

3. Does the new IIM tag affect the placements of students over there.

What is the procedure after acceptance through mail ? Is it only fee deposit thru e challan or is there any other form ?
i cant find any info about fee refund , withdrawl and OAA on the link given.

If we take a sabbatical, are we allowed to be a part of the placement process even if the relieving letter is not present?

@IIMRanchi Hi! I have paid the initial fees of 1 lac and mailed the copy and transaction details on 16 May . Any idea when I can get any acknowledgment from admission office?

Also any pointers for which bank to contact for education loan? Does any bank has a tie up with IIM Ranchi?? Sorry for bugging you all repeatedly with questions!
