Our Admission process commences from October and sometime during the first week of October the Admissions calendar for the next academic year will be posted in our websitewww.greatlakes.edu.in .

Yes, PGDM applicants also require letters of recommendation.

PGPM is our flagship 1 year fast track MBA program that commenced in 2004 and is meant for prospective candidates with a minimum of 2 years of full time work experience, whereas PGDM was started this year and is for candidates with 0 - 2 years work experience.

There is no management quota.
I would recommend you to visit http://www.greatlakes.edu.in/programs-pgdm/pgdm_admission_process.php that gives the procedure for last batch.
The process will be similar for the next batch except that the dates will differ

You would need a letter of recommendation from your manager in the organization you are working in.

I'm sorry but you won't be eligible to apply for PGPM with less than 24months of experience.

Could you throw some light on last year's cutoffs for PGPM (CAT/XAT) and for PGDM(CAT/XAT/CMAT)

For freshers, you might obtain letters of recommendations from your teachers or contacts in the industry or society.

The cut-off scores will be relative for each batch. As such, there is no cut-off score.
The cut-off will depend on the scores of the applicants pool and the work experience.
PGDM has been introduced this year itself.
