got iim shillong..i want to write cat one more time...should i join it and write or leave it prepare for cat...is it possible to join mba and again appear forcat and take interview and defend this decision

What the hell is wrong with obcs where general moves 950+ in raipur and 800+ in udaipur ,obc w/l moved 25 and 216. Aur Kashipur toh too much ha when raipur, udaipur and trichy even MDI, jbims, IIFT are still moving how come KAHIPUR's seats are full , old iims chor kar sare new me aa gaye ha kya ? feeling frusturated :/
