Convertes IIM Kashipur....OBWL112 at IIM raipu...confused...should i take IIM kashipur or waiting for raipur convert will be an good idea??...

firstly i thought i should accept IIM Kp offer and when IIM Rp is converted i will withdraw from Kp and will go for Rp...but deadline for withdrawing from Kp to get refund is 25 may 6 pm....And Kp will declare its Second list on 25 may after 6:30 pm...what to do..

If anyone has any idea about the refund policy of IIM kp that if i decide to withdraw my admission after the above mentioned date then please let me know..

I have my obc certificate dates 15th jan 2015 but we need certificates issued in new financial year that's after 31st march. So can i just get my obc certificate reissued by tehsildar? Or I should get a new one?
