can OA-83 (88&67) get a call from IIT bombay(weightage for acads and sectionals from this year) or IIT delhi?

10th 86.8, 12th 83.8, UG 85.75,
OBC NC, WORK EX- 31 MONTH (Accenture)
any chances of getting a call from any of the IIMs or IITs or any top 30 b schools?
Has IIM C uploaded the online application which needs to be filled up by all the call getters??

ITS REGARDING JBIMS FORM:
Can anyone please tell what is the cost of form for NC OBC category students from other state ??
I belong from NC OBC category but not from maharashtra state,while filling the form i selected OBC category under category column as i belong to NC OBC category and in graduation column i selected "GRADUATED FROM OTHER THAN MAHARASHTRA STATE UNIVERSITY" and in the address column also i filled my home address.According to my category and graduation i have selected correct from the options given there moreover there was no such instruction given by jbims that the other state candidates coming in reserved category has to select their category as GENERAL under the category column in the personal details section.But during transaction the amount was showing RS 950,i was confused so i rechecked my form again but everything was correctly filled. Since 5th january was last date to fill the form and till that time no notice was out regarding extension of date to fill the form and the site was also too much busy so i completed my transaction and RS 959 was deducted from my account and i submitted the form.
The form was submitted successfully but in instructions given by JBIMS it is clearly written their that the cost of form is RS 950 only for reserved category students those who belong from maharashtra and for others the form cost is 1200.But in my case 950 RS was deducted. So can anyone please tell me whether the deduction of RS 950 correct or wrong ?? And if it wrong than what can be done now ?? Is their anyone else also from other state who belong to NC OBC category and the amount deducted from their account is RS 950 only ??
I even mailed them regarding this querry but they didnt replied to it.

i have oa:91.52% and qa : 84.6 and va:93.9 grad cgpa:9.56/10 xii:89.8% and x:93.4 % obc category and female.... and nil work experience am shortlisted in iim l for gdpi .... is there any possibility of conversion for this low percentile in cat ?
If I knew ki saare IIMs pichle saal k kukarmo ki sazaa dene waaale hai to CAT hi nahi deti me!! :'( :'(
