82.22 VA - 81 , dilr- 55.42, Qa- 87.95..really disappointed with di score. What colleges can I apply? Ncobc..guys please throw some light on pgdba by iim Calcutta, is it worth a try?

Hi, during registration fro CAT 2017, I have applied in GEN category. Now I am qualifying for NC OBC category with ref to the amendment made by Govt in Sep'17.Now Can I apply to IITs under NC OBC category though applied under GEN category in CAT
