NC-OBC candidate. According to CL getting around 125..(VARC59, LRDI44, quant 22). I am super worried about quant cutoffs. Is 22 enough to clear NCOBC cutoffs of iims? if yes, which IIMs?

I am expecting a score of around 120-135, an NC-OBC candidate as well, but had a really bad quant section, scored around 22. DI was at around 40, and VR was 63.
10th was 79%,12th was 91% and Undergrad is at 72%.

After 7th Pay commission, I no more belong to non creamy layer. Is there a chance Central Gov will raise Non Creamy layer Income Bar before admission starts ?
With a score of 120 (though CL predicts 131 & 95.8%ile), i will be getting approx 90-92%ile at the least, can I expect any IIM calls provided my academics are good (91% 10th, 78% 12th, 65% B.Tech, 72% M.Tech) and I belong to NC-OBC having 24 months of workex?
