HiHican somebody please tell me about the placements at nmims Mumbai for core MBA .. And if it is true . that lowest scorers get VERY  bad jobs

Can someone please clear how these merit ranks are arrived at??

Are they composite scores for exam score+gd+pi??

If so why people with ranks 500 are waitlisted and some around 1100 are shortlisted??

Btw I got 1059 Rank and I am ShortListed 😃

Hello everyone. I have secured a merit rank of 997 for core and status is showing "selected". How many seats are there for FT MBA? Is admission guaranteed or there's another story?

Have a call from both MBA Core and HR. I want to pursue HR as a career but not sure if doing an MBA HR from NM is worth it. Have spoken to few senior HR people working in the industry and they weren't aware that NM has a specialised HR course. Can some current/ ex students provide some insights? How good is the course and how well is it perceived in the industry?

Anyone who's withdrawn admission from NM? Can you please elaborate on the process? Like what all needs to be sent? Addressed to whom? Via post or courier will also work? Do we need to email too? Also, how is the refund made? And how much time does it take? @nachiketpagay

I have applied for withdrawal of admission. Any way I can get an acknowledgement from the college for the same? I need it for further bank loan process and refund will take time. Please help.

Guys! I have a query. Do we need t produce some reports also along-with medical fitness certificate or only certificate with Doctor's signature and stamp is sufficient?

Hi I'm doing my MBA from NMIMS. I and a friend have found a Beautiful and Spacious 2BHK Apartment in VILE PARLE WEST. (for girls only) Fully furnished with AC, Refrigerator, Washing machine, Microwave, etc everything in place. Rent per person 11,000. Total - 55000 3 more decent people needed to share the house. Preferably students from NMIMS. NO SMOKING. NO LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. Brokerage - 1 month rent. Possession - 1st May /15th May Comment below for more details and images. Hi. I have paid the fees and have been told I can give the pending Mediclaim Policy on 6th June. Classes also start on 6th June.. what is the schedule? will we be getting an official mail from NMIMS regarding the same??
