Plz tell the cut off for the CAT and JMET . I have 77.63 in CAT and 44 marks in JMET.
I have 1 year work ex.

10th - 67 %
12th - 60 %
B.E.- 62.5
i have any chance with these scores.

Do you have any details regarding current placement trends for MBAs in NITW and packages offered? How will you rate 40% or 60%...???What is the highest package offered for finance,marketing..??

its an top most nit where placements are for sure
and may be around 4
placements are 100%

hey vamsi and others..

let me throw some light on SOM from the information which i got from a immediate senior and recent passed out (placed in coal india)

pros
-brand value
-easy to get internships
-oppurtunity to get placed in PSUs( if you are fortunate ;))
-gud infra n hostel
-very less fee

cons
-not for the single year its batch size got filled(which raises some doubts)
-it's the students who should get the companies by giving seminars,college is not responsibl( except for sbh n few)

til last year they acepted MAT score for the 2nd phase admissions..but this year they may or may not accept{max no} accept..as per the info frm the seniors
