Ye kuch log normalisation ki post to aise kar rahe hain jaise inhi se pooch k ibps +8/-8 karega. P.S. I'm from second shift. Jo hoga dekha jayega!
Normalisation percentile basis pe hota h.for example dono shift me jo bhi 98%ile paya hoga wo selected. Dono me se kisi ek shift ko base bna k score adjustment kiya jata. So agar shift 1 ko base bna rhe wo log to cutoff will be 72 near about, and shift 2 walon ko +3 or +4 jada marks milenge isse jada nhi. And agar shift 2 ko base bnaya ja rha to cutoff will be 69 near about, and shift 1 walon ka tab -3 or -4 kam ho jayega score. That's it. Namskar 🙏🙏
I think some people are so selfish here that just because they were able to attempt good no. of ques in 2nd shift..😑😑..so now they don't care about other people of their shift..such a Shame..👎😑😑..
