hello, i have completed by MBBS degree and right now i am pursuing my MD degree which will be over by July 2014. i am interested in appearing for CAT for which i have certain querries:
1> i have worked for 1 year after mbbs in a rural place as a Medical Officer. after that i am doing my MD as a trainee in a Government recognized medical college for 3 years. will my work experience be for 1 year or for 4 years [1 year+3 years]?
2> how do i start to prepare? basically my MD duties in the medical college is from 9 am to 4 pm. i need a rough estimate of the amount of hours per day needed to dedicate for the CAT preparation?
3> what about the books and the coaching material? I have no clue of anything about this?
4> lastly, what are the average package the IIM passouts are able to earn? As a doctor, a MD passout earns around 12 LPA. i need to compare it with an IIM MBA passouts.
