I'm currently working in a MNC and have an experience of about 1.5 yrs . I am thinking to pursue MBA but I need to decide whether it will be better for me or not.
As per the current admission procedure of IIMs , I dont think I can get into IIM-A,B,C even after getting more than 99 percentile as my academic record is not very well , got 80.6 in 10th , 86.6 in 12th arnd 74 in my engg. So , it will be nearly impossible to get any call from the top IIMs . And as I m currently getting 8.5 l/pa + arnd 2 l inc in 2yrs = 10.5 l/pa. I dont think the rest of colleges in india have this much avg package .What do you suggest?
For MBA outside India , I dont have much knowledge . Can you give some details and procedures about GMAT and what are avg salaries in the colleges outside India.
