I have 8 + years of exp in software dev. my current designation is Team Lead. But since I work in a product company...I don't have any team/member reporting me. .

I want to do MBA, but can't go for full time course due to financial constrain. I want to do MBA to boost my career and to get good managerial role/responsibility.

1. Can you please suggest any MBA program and Institute which will help me geeting my goal and I don't have to leave my jobe?

2. Is there any institute which assist in placement for per-time MBA?

asking because my present company, I may not get suitable role after MBA... because my manager want me to continue technical field.
