Hi all,

I am new to this forum. I am looking for an advice on registering for GMAT and thought this forum will be the right place to get an advice.

I am a Commerce graduate having 8+ years of experience in finance, accounts & audit matters. My scores in my Plus two & Graduation are not great. I passed out in second class in both my Plus two & graduation. Further, I got in a Chartered accountant's firm and have been working there. I am 29 now and am not so happy about my qualification or career.

I would like to register myself for GMAT and want to pursue MBA and bring my professional career into a track. However, I have this doubt if my poor academics in Plus two & graduation would actually hinder my chances of getting into a reputed B School. If poor academics are actually a hindrance in getting admission into a B school, should I considering dropping my idea of writing GMAT? OR Is there any other way I can still make it into a good b school in spite of my poor academics, by scoring good score in GMAT.

Should I or Should I not enroll for GMAT? Guys, I am really not sure on this matter and hence seeking your advice. My decision, whether to enroll for GMAT or not shall be dependent on your advice. Please help me out.

Many thanks
