To search for a decent job

Hey guys i want to take up a job.

i have about 8 yrs of computer programming experience.

but that was long ago and also i cant clear the job technical interview otherwise i would have got a job long back.

so i wont get a job in the IT field.

I am 46 yrs old.

So what to do?

in which field should i search a job?

i dont want a call centre job.
