Some info that I came across and thought it good to share with you all regarding the salary part.
Note- This is till 30th June 2015
The 2010 batch DRs ( Direct recruits) ,some of them promoted to Managers and some in same AM rank , though salary component is same for them. The basic varies from 21100-23100. Gross varies from 49K-65k due to allowances differences. All of them have a high DA of above 25K and till 30K. And since they have already spent 5 years in Nabard, their basic has got upgraded from 17100 to what it is now. Understanding this way, the 2015 DR batch will get somewhere between 36k-42k as per the comparison with salaries upto 30th june.
Now, whether salaries have been revised or applied for the month of July, it is not yet know , nabard hasnt published it yet.
( To reach the above, I have got some names of DR 2010 batch, compared their past & present place of posting and designation, and then saw their details in the remunerations of june 2015 )
There are many promotees to Grade A posts, so don't be surprised to find 1 lakh salaries to some AMs.
I am not mentioning the names of the 2010 batch employees whose details I compared, as I presume that posting them on a public forum must not be done so without their consent. But if u still wish to find it out ( In order to verify the data in above files ), there are sources on google which you can use, but even if u find their names, try not to make them public.
All interviews for Grade A and B are over. As informed by the authorities to the Legal candidates on the last interview day, results could be tentatively declared by September 1st week
I just saw NABARD's eligibility criterion of 2013 recruitment drive which eventually got cancelled, that time they had mentioned min 2 to 5 years of experience in relevant fields for both the grade a& b,well now this time as we know they haven't made experience a mandatory criterion but now i am worried if this is going to hurt interest of freshers this time, if experienced ones will get preferential treatment over others??
Recent developments in Nabard indicate that results could probably be declared either last week of August or directly in/after 2nd week of September - Due to;
1. All India Nabard employees strike on 2nd Sept
2. Union meeting with Nabard management on 4th Sept
And possibly the work getting slowed down immediately before and immediately after these 2 events
Hello everyone..Is there anyone else who appeared for grade a interview and had their graduation marks in CGPA? After the interview i just asked if any proof was needed regarding cgpa conversion to marks. I signed an acknowledgment regarding it. But the it seems i cant get that proof before 27th aug, the last day before submission. Any suggestions would be really helpful.
Woke up to a very bizarre morning. Just now called the HR. He said results will be declared by month end. What for they need 1 and half month to compile a result of 500 candidates is what I couldn't understand.
