Last day of Interview for Grade A?
Guys can someone please share the interview experience in detail and please don't ask to join any group on whatsapp or any other media. This forum is fine to share the info...... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
Interview was on 15 July Duration: 30 minutes
Since I graduated from BHU..the first question they asked me about Varanasi.it's recent importance.. Then since my background is nothing related to agriculture...I did metallurgy nd then MBA in finance...they asked whether I knew about agriculture... I said..yes sir...I do... They asked me to name 4 crops grown underground Next the lady on the panel asked me .. how important was women empowerment for development... She asked me to name some indices which reflect women development... I knew of HDI and GDI.. she named a few more... then she asked me to name some poverty alleviation programs of the government... Further she asked me the impact of nrega on agriculture.. Then she asked whether I have any social work background..I told her about an ngo that I was associated with..Then she asked..being a girl how would I adjust if I am required to work for development projects in rural areas... Further few questions were on my background..finance related A member asked me about an investment banking competition that I had won in my Mba college...Then he asked me some questions on valuation ...on stock market investments...etc... Another member asked ..that the difference between the price at which farmers sell in the mandis nd the price that the consumer pays is huge...so what would I do to curb the difference... I spoke about reduction of intermediaries... Development of storage facilities through SHGs.. etc..they were happy with this... Then I was asked to give two pros nd two cons about corporatisation of agriculture... That's it... Hope it helps

Application form mandatory ?
those who have given interviews , is 8:30 AM reporting time strict , i.e. if I get 30-40 minutes late...will that cause problem
Attended interview for grade A on 14th July evening 5.30pm. Questions are highly subjective. Ranging from biodata to your graduation discipline to general social issues. There isn't any specific way to prepare. Your overall suitability for the job would be tried to be assessed. All candidates had different set of questions based on their respective profiles. plz tell.....do we need to make our own made cv/biodata n present to them or r they just asking for this attestatn cum biodata form only?

Chennai Time: Around 11.30 AM 1.Meaning and History behind my name and few related to that.. 2.What were you doing for the past 3yrs (2012 passed out). 3.Banking structure in India and Related qns.. 4.Relationship btw RBI and NABARD 5.Different levels of Cooperative Banks in my city. 6.What is UIDAI? 7.Uses of Aadhar card. 8.Where did you get sources for your preparation. (The Hindu) 9.Other publications by The Hindu. 10.Any two schemes by NABARD for poor people. 11.What is DBT (Direct Benefit Tranfer) and how it works? *Community certificate must be in Central Govt. format. (If not an undertaking letter can be given saying that I'll provide that it within 10-15 days)
Those obc candidates...attended interview....plz tell me frnd.....is caste certificate also required....or...only.. obc certificate is enough?
bcoz in advertisement it has been written that caste certificate in central govt list will be considered.... but in call letter they dont mentioned about it..... plzzz reply
Any idea about the weightage/marks of Grade A interview? I just got 120 marks out of 200 just 7 above the cut-off in General category.So interview weightage will be crucial for me! My interview scheduled in morning of 4th August in New Delhi.
For applying TA do we have to produce photocopy of cheque or the crossed cheque itself?

Did anybody get reimbursement of their TA claim credit to bank a/c?
I m in allahabad bank as SWO.they are not providing me NOC for attending the NABARD interview.what should i do ?
Those who have completed with their interview please give information about the documents which we have to carry at the time of interview.....And also tell me that is it necessary to give them crossed cheque? What if I don't possess cheque book??
Have you guys edited the bio-data form with your details and then taken printout or you have filled it after taking printout..I am unable to edit the pdf?
Those who have given the interview can they tell how many people are there in the panel and is there any one that is at the very high post taking the interview. Just asking out of curiosity. Interview is on 6 August.
an update about reporting time !
got an sms from nabard today that has asked to report at 7.30 am now instead of 8.30 mentioned in the interview letter. i guess those who still have their interview remaining must have got the same sms .
