what are the duties of assistant manager RDBS. I am deputy Mgr In SBI and joined the Bank as PO. But job in SBI is too much stressful. Wanna know about the condition in Nabard. Is it better than SBI?

My interview is on 13th july,2015 & my train got cancelled(basically all train from my place to Mumbai) because its raining heavily in Mumbai.... just wanted to know if its raining heavily in mumbai so are they going to postpone the interview?
P.S.- tried calling Nabard, nobody is picking up the phone
