those who have joined any of the govt. banks through IBPS/ Sbi Asso. and now cleared nabard mains , are you going to take noc from your organization.... most banks give only 3 NOCs in a year.... what problem can one face if he doesn't get noc and attends interview without informing present employer organization
Will the wage revision apply to nabard also?

Before you get involved with your interview process and practice, I request selected candidates to please guide about how to go through Mains exam( Asst Manager Grade A)? What to write, how you all prepared, what to read etc. It will be helpful for me and others in the subsequent exams ( RBI Gr B). i am really confused between NABARD & PSB job. I am already selected as PO in IDBI bank. And for NABARD i will be giving the interview. If i got selected in NABARD (AM), I'd still be confused which one to opt for. I know that NABARD is an apex body, but Ive heard that salaries and perks along with GROWTh is far much better in PSBs. Whereas ppl working in NABARD have commented that work in NABaRD is cumbersome, and growth is not much as Assistant Manager as compared to PSB. But NABARD has its own benefits as getting associated with nabard like org also means alot. so you see, m hanging in between, pls help. wat do u thinkppl. in terms of profile and growth both.
If i selected in NABARD then in that case do i need to pay bond amont to bank (pnb)
Does anybody know when can we expect the interview call letter from NABARD? and secondly, NABARD said they will post the marks for the mains interview...any idea when they are going to post it??
Hi Friends, sharing an interview experience faced by a person in NABARD for the post of AM (Electrical) RDBS. The interview was of video conferencing in nature. 4 panel members. Some of the questions were. * What is Rural Electrification Project? * Why did Banks got nationalised? * What do you know abt BRIC Countries? * What is knee point voltage of transformer? * What are the different types of LT Cables? * Why don't v prefer non conventional sources of energy to conventional sources? And so may questions from our present working field.
I searched on internet an found that they asked same questions as of IBPS interview such as what is NPA, CRR ,SLR, and international trade.what are the govt. schemes etc .

I have been working as PO in SBI for past 1.5 yrs. I have also mentioned this in my form. Is this PSB work-ex given weightage in the interview?
