I am working as software engineer in one of the mnc, and also selected for RRB PO, but i am little bit confuse wheather to join RRB or should i continue my Software job. Please suggest me for the same ??

Kya bank ki naukri uss private naukri se bhi buri hai jahan aapko shifts mein kaam karna padta hai morning shift evening shift aur night shift. 23000 starting salary bol k in hand 14000 k aas paas aata hai. Holidays nahi hoti bas ek weekly off hota hai. Poora din company mein khade ho ke kaam karna padta Hai......workers ko manage karna padta hai jo kabhi aapko bhi pel sakte hain.......gaaliyon wala culture normal hota Hai.

1.In RRB PO interview i submitted private job forged experience cum relieving certificate (As i worked in small company and had not received any certificate but mentioned in application form)......i am selected in RRB PO, .will there be any cross checking truthness of certificate at the time of DV when joining bank...or at later stage
2. Same in IBPS PO VII application form i mentioned work experience of this left job (Company name, from date, to date, position held, duties), In interview they had not asked for experience+relieving letter........will I have to submit experience+releiving letter to my allotted bank?
I will join RRB OS1 approximately from 1 june 2018. Does regular MBA(But not attending class, only attending exam) allowed while working in bank? What is the procedure of this? I want MBA degree for only purpose of promotion.
