Do the companies back in India prefer an Indian MBA to an International MSc (one year course)?

Please advice.

Hi, I was in the same boat some time back but decided to go for an MBA in India. With the grim economy over there, its next to impossible to get a job there and in India a 1 year MSc in Management would not get the recognition it deserved. The college and program are great but the returns may not justify them.
