Well, I m a Software Professional from India. I also wanna persue my career in HR.

1)Is it gud idea to persue MS in HR rather than MBA in HR.

2)I hope,There must be some colleges whose MS is much reputed than MBA.Please tell me about the future prospects.

3)I m not able to find anywhere the list of colleges which offer this course.Would u plz provide the list of colleges which offer the same.

4)Although im working in s/w firm but i dont find myself much interested in technical stuff. Does this course include techinical stuff?

There is no harm is pursuing a career in HR after studying for software, its all about your interest in the subject. I haven't heard any colleges or universities offering MS in HR. If you wanna study for HR you will be required to study MBA and then do your majors in HR.
