ARI post k liye cpct ki zarurat nhi h...inspector post k liye cpct ki jarurt nhi hoti h. Assistant grade and data entry post k liye cpct ki jarurt hoti h. Wese bhi hr kisi k paas cpct nhi h..agr ARI k liye cpct jaruri hua to ese me to bahut saari post khaali reh jayengi..ese kitne log h jinke paas cpct nhi h..????
